Vivek leads the firm’s Community Legal Access Programme (CMI-CLAP) with a profound commitment to legal advocacy. He has dedicated a major part of his career to supporting prisoners and other individuals who lack access to affordable legal representation.
Vivek holds a Master’s degree in Law and has been practicing since 2008. Additionally, he has earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Constitutional Law and a Diploma in Parliamentary Institutions and Procedures from the Institute of Constitutional Law and Parliamentary Studies, New Delhi. He has also completed Professional Development Training in the Administration of Justice for Public Security, offered by the IBA Chair on Continuing Legal Education at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, in collaboration with the Menon Institute of Legal Advocacy Training, Trivandrum, and National Law University, Jodhpur.
With extensive experience in criminal law, both as a prosecutor and defence lawyer, Vivek is an expert in court procedures, real estate due diligence, matrimonial law, labor disputes, and legal documentation related to property transactions.

Sham Uddin

Sham Uddin is a dual-qualified Barrister and Solicitor admitted in England and Wales, with over two decades of experience in civil, commercial, and corporate law. He is an accredited civil mediator and an approved advocate of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts, where he regularly advises on and appears in high-stakes, cross-border disputes. His practice includes multi-million dollar commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, and complex contractual claims involving international corporations and high-net-worth individuals. Sham brings deep expertise in navigating the unique hybrid legal framework of the DIFC, combining common law precision with regional business sensibilities.
Over the years, Sham has trained 18 solicitors and employed over 100 legal professionals. He practises as a Direct Access Barrister, authorised to conduct litigation and represent clients across all courts and tribunals in England and Wales. Known for his strategic clarity, courtroom skill, and commercial acuity, Sham continues to serve clients across the UK and the Middle East with a strong focus on results and integrity.

She has honed her expertise at some of the world’s top legal firms, including Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York, and has worked across New York, Dubai, and other global legal hubs. Her experience spans corporate legal functions, including mergers and acquisitions, project financing, debt and equity financing, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and litigation management.
